This role will be responsible for leading the execution of complex electrical scopes, with a strong focus on medium voltage systems, power distribution, and energization readiness.The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing electrical construction from underground distribution through switchgear, MV terminations, and final system energization, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments.ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle execution of electrical scopes, with emphasis on medium voltage (MV) systems and power distributionOversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost managementDrive coordination across field teams, subcontractors, engineering, and commissioning teamsManage energization planning, sequencing, and turnover in coordination with LOTO / Energy Marshall teamsEnsure compliance with NEC, site safety protocols, and quality standardsLead project meetings, track progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular reporting to stakeholdersSupport system turnover, commissioning readiness, and final project closeoutRequirements: 8–12+ years of experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projectsStrong experience with medium voltage systems (e.g., 13.8kV, 4160V), including terminations, testing, and energizationProven background in power distribution systems (underground, switchgear, panels, feeders)Experience working on data centers, advanced manufacturing, or heavy industrial projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with commissioning teamsProficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?If your career path isn't on track, get it OnQ!
