Interactive Chef / Tableside Pasta Chef

Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and talented Interactive Chef who enjoys engaging with guests while showcasing culinary skill. This role combines high-quality cooking with live tableside presentations, including preparing pasta dishes in a traditional Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese wheel and other guest-facing culinary experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, confident speaking with guests, and capable of maintaining excellent kitchen standards while delivering a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality pasta dishes and other menu items to restaurant standards. Perform tableside pasta presentations using a cheese wheel or similar culinary displays. Interact with guests professionally, explaining dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods. Ensure all food safety and health department regulations are followed. Assist with prep work, inventory, and maintaining ingredient quality. Help create a fun and engaging dining atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook, chef, or culinary professional. Comfortable interacting and communicating with guests. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pasta preparation preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Experience with tableside cooking or live culinary presentations is a plus.
