Equipment Engineer, High NA EUV Track

Job Description: Lead equipment hardware projects and installations, partnering with suppliers and facilities to meet future process requirements.Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes to meet performance, defect, and cost targets for new memory parts.Identify and resolve equipment-related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologies.Design preventative maintenance schedules and programs to increase equipment uptime and reliability.Evaluate and qualify new photo film materials and equipment configurations to support technology scaling.Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima while protecting Micron's intellectual property.Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations to contribute to the advancement of departmental goals.Requirements: Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenanceDemonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systemsProven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematic diagramsExperience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC) to resolve assembly process issues.Benefits: Health insuranceDental and vision plansPaid time offPaid family leaveIncome protection programs
