Job Overview:John Charles Search is representing a leading manufacturer of storage solutions seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow business across Texas.This role will focus on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and promoting a portfolio of pallet racking, cantilever racking, shelving systems, and related storage solutions.The ideal candidate will have experience selling industrial products, material handling equipment, or storage solutions and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a defined territory.CompensationBase Salary (up to $100k) + CommissionHealth Benefits, 401(k), and additional employee benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships throughout Texas, to a distribution network or directly to end-users.Identify customer needs and provide consultative storage solutions that deliver operational and commercial value.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and site visits through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities through the CRM system, and consistently achieve territory sales objectives.Key RequirementsExperience in industrial, material handling, storage, or related B2B sales environments.Proven ability to generate new business, manage accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently.Willingness to travel throughout Texas to support customers and develop new opportunities.How to ApplyIf you have a passion for sales and a track record of building strong customer relationships, we would like to hear from you.
