The menu will emphasize: Cheese boards curated for pairing with wine Charcuterie and high-quality cold cuts Tartares prepared with precision and respect for product Seasonal small plates Light, refined accompaniments that elevate the wine experience Ideal candidates: Experience in cheese boards, cold kitchen, or bistro-style menus Strong knowledge of tartare preparation and working with raw preparations Understanding of cured meats, charcuterie, and cold cuts Strong sense of flavor pairing with wine Ability to work with a small, focused menu with high attention to detail Interest in presentation and aesthetics (food as part of the visual experience) This role is about refinement, precision, and enhancing the wine and art experience through food.
