Qualified candidaes must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. In this position you will:\nManage all work areas in an assigned location.\nMonitor and manage sites and site personnel, to include sub-contractors\nCoordinate and schedule debris removal for all sites\nMonitor and manage strict compliance with contract requirements\nMaintain precise field records and complete field reports\nCoordinate with H&S Officer and others for task prioritization and compliance\nAssist in identifying task specific equipment and supplies to achieve the objectives of the project\nMake recommendations in conjunction with Human Resources for hiring, performance appraisals, and terminations, if necessary.\nIn addition to these accountabilities, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position.\nRequirements\nProven ability to implement programs to address complex needs and problems\nAbility to coordinate with staff on various task assignments or environmental projects\nKnowledge of scheduling and budgeting for environmental projects\nOSHA 30\nMinimum of 2 years progressively responsible site supervision experience on large environmental projects, or debris removal projects.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
