You will play a crucial role in global banking operations, assisting in optimizing our capital structure, ensuring global liquidity, overseeing cash flow management, corporate insurance programs and implementing risk management and investment strategies.\n\nThis position is a great opportunity for a candidate who is a self-starter, motivated, and high performer with strong financial analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nLocation: San Francisco Bay Area preferred\nWhat you will do:\n\nParticipate in global banking structure evaluations and implementations, supporting relationship management, fee benchmarking, and service reviews\n\nAssist with bank account rationalization, openings, closings, and signer maintenance\n\nAdminister global online banking platforms, user entitlements, and periodic access reviews\n\nMaintain robust controls and documentation over banking permissions and approval workflows\n\nMonitor global daily cash positions and execute international funding transfers to meet operating needs\n\nManage and monitor inter-company settlements and related reconciliations\n\nPartner with Accounting and FP&A on short- and long-term cash forecasts, including variance analysis, and identify opportunities to optimize working capital and shorten the cash conversion cycle\n\nSupport debt reporting, repayments, covenant compliance, and forecasting of repayment schedules and interest costs\n\nHelp identify and measure FX exposures across global entities. Support execution, settlement, and documentation of hedging activities\n\nSupport corporate insurance renewals, manage claims and respond to insurance related inquiries\n\nWork with the accounting team to ensure the general ledger is updated timely with proper accounting for investments, derivatives, and foreign currency revaluation\n\nAssist in building and maintaining treasury dashboards and reporting packages for management\n\nMaintain treasury policies and SOX documentation; respond to internal/external audit requests and assist in SOX reviews\n\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements\n\nIdentify and implement automation across reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting workflows\n\nPartner with IT and Treasury leadership on TMS implementation, treasury systems and banking platform enhancements\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives\n\nWe would love to have you on our team, if you have:\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\n\n5+ years of treasury, banking, or corporate finance experience, preferably global\n\nStrong knowledge of cash management, banking products, investments, FX, and debt\n\nAdvanced Excel; experience with a TMS (Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS, Treasury4), ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP), Clearwater, and online banking platforms\n\nSOX controls and external audit support experience\n\nCTP certification or progress toward it preferred\n\nBenefits\nAt Oura, we care about you and your well-being.
