FOH Staff(Server, Cashier, Bartender) at Big Way Hot Pot

Job Description Server- Greeting customers when entering or leaving the restaurant;- Providing excellent customer service to all customers;- Familiarizing customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;- Taking customer orders and relaying them accurately to relevant team members;- Serving food and beverages;- Properly cleaning and setting tables between uses;- Anticipating guests' needs in order to facilitate enjoyable dining experiences;- Taking feedback from customers and escalating existing issues or potential complaints to the on-shift supervisor;- Being professional and friendly towards coworkers and customers at all times- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area;- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Cashier- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers;- Collecting payments whether in cash or credit card;- Taking feedback from customers and escalating potential customer complaints to the on-shift supervisor;- Familiarizing customers with the menu and making appropriate suggestions when requested;- Handling pick-up orders;- Maintaining clean and tidy cashier areas;- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Bartender- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages;- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol;- Maintaining bar inventory and supplies;- Complying with all food and beverage regulations in accordance with food safety guidelines;- Memorizing bar recipes and following appropriate SOP when making beverages to ensure quality consistency;- Taking feedback from customers and escalating existing issues or potential complaints to the on-shift supervisor;- Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning surfaces, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.;- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.Company DescriptionBig Way Hot Pot is a fast-growing restaurant that has revolutionized the hot pot experience.
