This role works alongside experienced operators to learn how to safely operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while producing quality parts and products. No prior machine operating experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in manufacturing.\n\nHours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.\n\nVALUES\n\nInnovation\nCommitment & Passion\nIntegrity\nTeam & Relationships\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nOperate assigned machinery under close supervision, following standard work instructions and safety procedures.\n\nPerform basic machine tasks such as loading/unloading materials and initiating cycles.\n\nTraining will be provided on:\n\nHow to set up and run a production machine from prints, sketches, and work instructions\nReading calibrated measuring tools (caliper, tape measure)\n\nATTRIBUTES\n\nStrong mechanical skills\nManage multiple tasks without losing sight of objectives\nIndependent, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nBasic computer knowledge.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nAbility to read a tape measure\n\nThe target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.\n\nIn addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
