As we continue to grow, we remain committed to building an exceptional workplace where talented professionals are empowered, supported, and inspired to make meaningful impact every day.The OpportunityThe Emerging Markets team is responsible for launching and scaling new programs across clinical services, population health, and whole-person care.This includes initiatives such as:Care Compass (SDoH navigation)Maternal health programsClinical service expansionsAeroflow Medical Services (new business build)We turn ideas into structured, scalable programs that impact both patient outcomes and business growth.Your Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and drive execution across multiple initiatives, pilots, and early-stage programsTranslate high-level ideas into clear plans, timelines, and deliverablesBuild and maintain program roadmaps with defined ownership and milestonesCross-Functional CoordinationLead working sessions, project meetings, and regular check-ins across teamsPartner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and OperationsEnsure alignment and communication across teams to keep initiatives moving forwardAccountability & StructureCapture key decisions, risks, and action items from meetingsTrack milestones, dependencies, and timelines across programsFollow up on commitments and ensure deliverables are completedIdentify and escalate blockers earlyProgram Development & StructureSupport the development of workflows, intake processes, and program structuresHelp transition pilots into more scalable and repeatable programsContribute to reporting, summaries, and program visibilityAdditional Responsibilities & RequirementsMaintain knowledge of and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialityRegular and reliable attendance as assigned by your scheduleOther job duties as assignedSkills for SuccessStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to bring structure to evolving or ambiguous workExperience managing multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to work across teamsAbility to drive follow-through and keep work moving forwardAnalytical mindset with ability to track progress and identify insightsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required4–6+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related fieldExperience managing cross-functional projects from concept through executionStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation toolsExperience working in Jira or similar project management toolsYou might also haveExperience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environmentsExperience working with product and engineering teamsExposure to early-stage programs, pilots, or MVPsWhat we look forWho You Are:Highly organized and detail-orientedProactive and accountableComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong collaborator who works well across teamsSolutions-oriented and able to problem-solve independentlyWhat You Can ExpectExposure to leadership and cross-functional teamsOpportunity to work on high-impact, innovative initiativesA collaborative and fast-moving team environmentClear opportunities for growth and developmentWhat Aeroflow OffersCompetitive Pay, Health Plans with FSA or HSA options, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, 401K with Company Match, 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parent/ 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parent(s), Additional Parental benefits to include fertility stipends, free diapers, breast pump, Paid Holidays, PTO Accrual from day one, Employee Assistance Programs and SO MUCH MORE!!Here at Aeroflow, we are proud of our commitment to all of our employees.
