70%\n\n* Create, prepare, organize, and manage sock machine programs\n* Work from customer designs and production specifications\n* Coordinate programming priorities with the production schedule\n* Maintain organized records of programs, designs, and revisions\n* Make program adjustments when production requirements change\n* Communicate with technicians, fixers, knitters, and management\n* Help troubleshoot programming-related production issues\n* Ensure new orders are programmed and ready before production\n* Develop a strong understanding of our machines, programming systems, yarns, sizing, and manufacturing process\n\nFulfillment Coordination - 15%\n\n* Help organize orders ready for shipment\n* Coordinate priorities with fulfillment employees\n* Ensure orders move through fulfillment on schedule\n* Identify delays or problems and communicate them to management\n\nFinishing Department Coordination - 5-10%\n\n* Communicate weekly priorities and expectations\n* Help ensure completed socks move through finishing efficiently\n* Identify bottlenecks or quality issues\n* Participate in a short weekly meeting with the finishing team\n\nCOO & Operational Support -
