This role is located in Mount Pleasant, TX 75455\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPrepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods.\n\nCalibrating spray equipment to ensure proper application.\n\nApplies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using a paint gun.\n\nMasks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects hardware, trim, and other non-painted surfaces.\n\nPerform inspections of finished paint job.\n\nMaintains a clean work area by proper storage and disposal of paint products.\n\nTo remove rust, scale, dirt, debris, grease and other contaminants on the surface of the metal of the trailers\n\nTo blast the entirety of the trailers A and B surfaces to a light gray color and to a blast profile of 1.5 mm before they exit the blasting area\n\nTo blast certain C surfaces on certain models of trailers\n\nQualifications:\n\nProlonged periods of standing and painting, while wearing a hazmat suit.\n\nFrequent exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold and airborne particles.\n\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\n\nMust be able to distinguish among colors.\n\nMedical\n\nVision\n\nLong and Short Term Disability\n\nEmployer Paid 25K Life Insurance\n\nOther Supplemental Policies\n\nPhysical Wellness Program\n\nPaid Maternal/Paternal Leave\n\nTuition Reimbursement Program\n\n401(k) & Company Match\n\nWe encourage and welcome applicants with any and all backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and competencies.
