Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madison, WI, for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing timelines and resources, communicating with stakeholders, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves resolving project challenges and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Qualifications Proven experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project CoordinationStrong skills in Budgeting and Project Management, including the ability to manage costs and timelines effectivelyExcellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in leading teams and collaborating with stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferredProficiency with project management software tools is a plusCommitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong customer relationships
