Wholesale Customer Service RepresentativeEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $68,000$80,000We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support wholesale operations, order management, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, wholesale experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day wholesale customer service operationsProcess orders, RTVs, damages, credits, and other data entry tasksCoordinate order allocation with warehouse and logistics partnersProcess sample requests and support operational needs across teamsGenerate reports and maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systemsConfirm purchase orders through retailer portals and upload UPC informationCommunicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and delivery timelinesFollow up on open orders, pick tickets, and return authorizationsEnsure accurate shipping and order informationMaintain proactive communication to support timely deliveries and customer satisfactionQualificationsMinimum 2 years of wholesale customer service and order entry experienceExperience working with major retail accounts requiredStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesProficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systemsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with ERP or wholesale management systemsBackground in high-SKU manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environmentsExperience managing large order volumes and retailer communicationsBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) eligibilityOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
