This is an onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ (local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred).\nJob Details Position: Senior Technical Recruiter at BEPC\nTitle: Project Engineer (Military Fixed Wing)\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)\nRequisition ID: HONJP00191857\nDuration: 11/10/2025 – 05/08/2026\nPay Rate: $55–$60/hour\nKey Responsibilities Support development and execution of requirements and system plans (System Development Plan, Requirements Management Verification and Validation Plan).\nContribute to engine system architecture development, design, and execution.\nProvide process assurance and maintain DOORS NG specification structures.\nExecute validation activities and support subject matter experts with product requirement specifications.\nSupport major system reviews, including System Requirements Review (SRR) and beyond.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to support assigned modules or systems.\nEscalate issues effectively and maintain leadership engagement.\nPromote customer satisfaction, strong team collaboration, and innovative approaches.\nIdentify gaps, risks, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.\nBasic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in systems engineering, project engineering, or aerospace program execution.\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with DOORS NG , CAMEO , SysML , and MBSE practices.\nPrior systems engineering or aerospace experience.\nDemonstrated ability to manage workload and communicate effectively.\nStrong organizational skills to execute complex projects.\nAbility to facilitate interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts.\nFocus on results, execution, and customer satisfaction.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nAerospace or Systems Engineering degree preferred.\nWork Location: 111 S 34th St., Phoenix, AZ 85034\nBusiness Unit: D-EPS-Propulsion Engineering\nCategory: Engineering – Business Professional\nSchedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 1st Shift\nTravel: Minimal (0%)\nSecurity Clearance: Not required\nDriving: Not required\nAbout BEPC Inc.
