Summary
A consumer goods trading company is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative.
This role involves visiting client stores to maintain product displays, organize shelves, restock items, and ensure the sales floor is well-maintained. You will also build strong relationships with clients and support their business needs.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly visiting their stores and providing excellent customer service.
Conduct in-store maintenance tasks, including organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented.
Drive to client locations using a company vehicle and lift products (up to 20 lbs) as needed.
Prepare and manage documentation using Microsoft Excel, including data entry and report creation.
Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations to support sales growth.
Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data and identify trends to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetics and personal care products to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
Working Hours, Working Style
Mon-Thu: 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Fri: 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Working Location
Fully Remote, with daily travel to customer locations.
Primary Area: Dallas and surrounding areas.
Training: A one-month training program will be conducted at the Los Angeles headquarters after joining the company. (Note: The training can be divided into two separate two-week sessions upon discussion.)
Salary / Benefits
$55,000 – $70,000 per year

Qualifications
Business-level proficiency in English, conversational-level proficiency in Chinese.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese is a big plus.
Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and generating reports).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and sales targets.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business trips as needed.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs as part of in-store maintenance tasks.
