{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"cc6a26a8fcdeb14afcf51e65","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cc6a26a8fcdeb14afcf51e65","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cc6a26a8fcdeb14afcf51e65","title":"Program Coordinator","description":"** APPLY TO WEBSITE**\nhttps://cnfa.hua.hrsmart.com/hr/ats/Posting/view/1038\nPrimary Objective/Position Summary\nThe Program Coordinator is an integral member of CNFA’s Program Management Unit (PMU) and will work on a dynamic team to support CNFA’s portfolio of agricultural development programs globally by providing administrative backstopping support from CNFA Headquarters in Washington, DC.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nThe PC will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including but not limited to:\nSupport the function of liaising between projects and CNFA HQ in Washington, DC;\nProvide quality control in the preparation of work plans, budgets, regular updates and progress reports, and other major project deliverables;\nSupport the senior members of the project management unit (PMU) in overseeing operational and programmatic success;\nSupport the project implementation progress in relation to budgets, including monitoring and advising on project expenditure adjustment plans when necessary;\nMonitor the project to ensure agreement compliance, programmatically and financially, as well as timely achievement of project deliverables;\nAssist with preparation of contractual approval requests;\nAssist communications staff in developing and maintaining promotional content for project and CNFA websites;\nReview grant and procurement documentation to ensure compliance with client regulations and facilitate client approvals;\nDraft scopes of work for consultants and timetables for the design and implementation of specific consultancy mandates; participate in recruitment of highly qualified consultants;\nAssist CNFA’s recruitment team in the identification and retention of key employees, including local staff;\nAssist the PMU and in-country team with technical and operational procurement;\nSupport the onboarding and contracting of project team staff;\nCollaborate with the Program Development Team to identify, attract and secure new business;\nTravel for site visits to assist in field office work efforts, complete general evaluations of program progress and potential, and collect program information; and\nOther duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nQualifications:\nEducation\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, International Development, or related field.
