Residential HVAC Installer (with Service Experience Preferred)Location: Tempe, AZPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the Tempe area. This role is ideal for someone with strong installation experience who also has some exposure to service work and enjoys interacting with customers.The right candidate is a team player, takes pride in quality workmanship, and communicates clearly with both customers and coworkers.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductworkEnsure all installations meet code requirements and company quality standardsPerform system start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting as neededCommunicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process and system operationMaintain a clean and organized job siteCollaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safelyAssist with light service work or diagnostics when needed Qualifications3–4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (required)Some service/diagnostic experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate professionally with customersTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeValid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA Certification (preferred) Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $70,000 annuallyCommission: 5% on installs performedConsistent, year-round workOpportunities for growth and advancement What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their work, and represents the company well in customers' homes.
