In this 18-month rotational program, you’ll experience two 9-month long assignments across key financial areas of AT&T to broaden your knowledge of the company and learn new skills and competencies along the way. You’ll experience numerous career development opportunities including exposure to leaders within AT&T, frequent feedback, small group interaction, and various mentorship opportunities.\nWhat you’ll do Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data\nScope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management\nPartner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs\nDrive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization\nWork on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions\nIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards\nIncrease productivity by identifying and developing automated reporting/forecasting tools\nProvide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives\nCost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals\nConduct market research to support internal financial analysis\nWhat you’ll bring Integrity that serves as your true north moral compass.\nMastery in communication, both speaking and writing clearly and effectively.\nStrong leadership skills, comfortable leading teams at all levels.\nA proactive mindset, always ready and eager to tackle challenges.\nA results-oriented approach, driven to achieve goals.\nA curious mind, continuously learning and fascinated by innovation.\nWhat you’ll need Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program focusing on finance, or other specialized related degrees\nEstimated graduation by June 2027\nAbility to meet the full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the program\n0-3+ years of proven work experience in Finance/Business related setting (internships, cohorts, etc)\nStrong analytical and data gathering skills & experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)\nOur Finance Development Program colleagues earn an annual salary between $65,400 – $98,200, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
