Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Equipment Installer to assist with installation projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial foodservice equipment, HVAC/R systems, and installation processes.\nJob requirements\nSetup, installation, and maintenance of commercial HVAC, refrigeration systems, and Kitchen Equipment according to project specifications and industry standards.\nWork in conjunction with project management to organize installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, to ensure timely and efficient completion.\nConduct on-site assessments and measurements to determine project requirements and ensure accurate installations.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate installation activities and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during projects.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the installation process.\nMaintain accurate documentation of project details, including installation reports, equipment specifications, and inventory records.\nBe able to travel outside of our main territory, including but not limited to overnights stays for certain projects.\nQualifications\nVerifiable experience (3+ years) in commercial kitchen equipment installation, including firsthand experience with various refrigeration systems, such as walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ovens, fryers, and HVAC systems.\nStrong knowledge of refrigeration principles, systems components, and installation techniques.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.\nProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.\nCommitment to safe practices and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for the team and adhering to regulatory requirements.\nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.\nHVAC/R certification, CFESA, or relevant trade qualifications preferred.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nIn addition to top wages, Quick Servant offers a complete benefits package and additional benefits including:\nCompany paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.\nPaid holidays (major).\nPaid sick leave and vacation.\nA company vehicle and phone/tablet.\nPaid on the job, in-house, and factory training.\nQuick Servant’s opportunities for growth and personal development are unlimited.
