completion of requests or incidents\r\nResponsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management system\r\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to properly onboard incoming new hires\r\nEnsure that hardware is properly assigned and updated into our management system\r\nProvide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipment\r\nWork with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardware\r\nEnsure that resolutions are consistent with company standards and policies\r\nRequirements\r\nPrefer 1-3 years IT experience, including technical training\r\nMust have worked and supported an enterprise environment for at least 1 year.\r\nExperience with Event support or similar – assisting users with quick on the spot configuration of apps, hardware and OS\r\nKnowledge on webex like tools for video conference.\r\nMust have worked at a minimum of 1 year in a customer facing role.\r\nKnowledge of Windows, Macintosh, and Linux platforms, (including portables) and Microsoft Office suite of applications\r\nExperience with imaging Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is a plus\r\nFamiliar with basic network concepts ( e.g., TCP IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet)\r\nExperience in using PC-based word processing, presentation, and e-mail software preferred\r\nExperience with using PC-based spreadsheet software sufficient to develop formulas, complete calculations across multiple worksheets, and use functions preferred\r\nAbility and willingness to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations\r\nOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skills\r\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks among many competing requests\r\nExperience working in or supporting a call center or help desk environment\r\nMCP, A+ Certifications, and/or knowledge of UNIX systems is a plus\r\nAptitude for learning\r\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\r\nAbility to work in teams and in a team environment\r\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs\r\nAdditional
