Insight Global is seeking a Direct Mail / Direct Marketing Specialist for a top financial services client operating in the financial legal space. This individual contributor role sits at the center of a high-impact, seven-figure customer acquisition engine and reports directly to the SVP of Marketing. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, results-driven performance marketer who thrives on owning outcomes, testing aggressively, and scaling what works. While direct mail will be the primary channel, this role partners closely with digital and sales teams and offers long-term growth as the acquisition program expands. Day-to-DayOwn and scale a seven-figure direct response acquisition programLead end-to-end direct mail campaigns Procure and manage mailing lists, databases, and mail house executionPartner with and manage external direct mail agencies and vendorsAnalyze performance metrics (response rate, ROI, conversion, CPA)Optimize offers, creative, targeting, and testing frameworksMaintain disciplined reporting and present insights to senior leadershipManage budgets, timelines, and campaign deliveryCollaborate closely with digital/search marketing and sales teamsMust-Haves5+ years of performance-based customer acquisition experienceProven success managing and optimizing large (seven-figure) marketing budgetsDemonstrated ability to scale volume while improving CPA/ROIStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience managing external agencies and third-party vendorsHands-on testing mindset (A/B testing, iteration, optimization)Highly independent, detail-oriented, and KPI-drivenCompensation:$70k to $100k per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
