The APM helps ensure uninterrupted service delivery in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and facilitates effective communication, staffing coordination, and operational oversight.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSupport the Project Manager in managing daily contract operations to ensure compliance with scope, quality standards, and schedules.\nAssist with coordination between KS leadership, Quality, Safety, and Environmental personnel to support integrated contract execution.\nHelp monitor performance metrics, staffing levels, and service delivery to ensure alignment with contract requirements.\nProvide day-to-day operational support to supervisors and field personnel as directed by the Project Manager.\nAssist in preparing for and supporting KO and COR requests, inspections, site visits, and reviews.\nHelp track action items, follow-ups, and corrective actions related to contract performance.\nSupport continuity of operations during Government working hours and assist with after-hours coordination as required.\nServe as a secondary point of contact for operational matters when delegated by the Project Manager.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum three (3) years of experience supporting contract operations, workforce supervision, or project coordination on contracts of similar size, scope, or complexity.\nExperience working on government service contracts preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to support management decisions, coordinate activities, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be available on-site during Government working hours.\nAbility to work flexible hours as needed to support contract operations.\n\nHiring and Offer Information\nThis position is being posted as part of an anticipated contract transition.
