Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations at Radius Apartments, a 130- unit apartment community located at 2925 N. GReenfield Rd Phoenix 85016. This includes the timely completion of resident work orders, making apartments vacant ready for new residents, and the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment within community. Duties - Develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance schedules - Supervise a porter position, assign tasks, and provide guidance - Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed. This includes water-cooled air handler units in each apartment. - Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs - Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Manage facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems - Complete a daily pool log, including chemical and water readings.
