Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Mechanic located in Madison, WI. The Industrial Mechanic will be responsible for performing machinery maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, and ensuring optimal operation of production equipment. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting, dismantling, and reassembling equipment, conducting repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and operating milling equipment. The role involves collaborating with the production team to address machinery-related challenges effectively and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Repair in industrial settingsExperience with operating, maintaining, and repairing Machinery used in industrial processesFamiliarity with Milling equipment and techniques, as well as related toolsKnowledge of the Industrial Sector, including safety protocols and best practicesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in manufacturing or solar production facilities is a plusTechnical certification or vocational training in industrial mechanics or related field is preferred
