This role is responsible for owning events end-to-end—from confirmation through on-site execution ensuring a seamless experience for clients, partners, and guests. This is a highly visible, client-facing role suited for a polished, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage multiple programs while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties\n\nOwn the full planning process for assigned events from confirmation through post-event\n\nDevelop and manage detailed run-of-show documents, timelines, and execution plans\n\nLead on-site execution for all assigned events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with client expectations\n\nAnticipate needs, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure a high-quality guest and partner experience\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and partners throughout the planning process and onsite event execution\n\nManage ongoing communication, expectations, and deliverables from confirmation through execution\n\nBuild strong working relationships while maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach\n\nCoordinate all logistics including rentals, staffing, technical needs, and operational requirements\n\nEnsure all vendors are aligned with timelines, budgets, and event expectations\n\nTrack and manage event-level budgets, ensuring alignment with approved parameters\n\nSupport budget reconciliation and ensure accuracy of all event-related expenses\n\nComplete post-event recaps, including performance insights and key learnings\n\nProvide necessary event details, timelines, and updates to all internal teams including but not limited to Marketing, Operations, Guest Experience, and Security\n\nCollaborate within the Programming team to ensure consistency and quality across all activations\n\nUtilize: TripleSeat, Ticketure, EventHub, Claude or other AI tools\n\nContribute to the successful execution of the broader programming calendar through assigned programs\n\nProvide support on additional events or activations as needed based on team priorities\n\nRespond to time-sensitive matters.\n\nDemonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.\n\nAdhere to department and company policies and procedures.\n\nMaintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.\n\nWork various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\n\nPerform other work-related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications and Skills\n\nApplicants must be 21 years of age or older\n\nProof of eligibility to work in the United States\n\nComfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.\n\n5+ years of experience in professional event planning and execution\n\nProven client-facing experience in a professional environment\n\nRequired Proficiency in TripleSeat, Ticketure, EventHub, Claude, and other AI tools.\n\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage events from concept confirmation through execution\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\n\nAbility to problem-solve quickly and remain composed in fast-paced or high-pressure environments\n\nExperience in entertainment, hospitality, or experiential environments strongly preferred\n\nAbility to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.\n\nComputer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)\n\nAvailability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.\n\nAbility to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.\n\nAbility to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold.\n\nLocation: AREA15 Las Vegas\n\nFull‑Time / Part‑Time\n\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
