As a .NET Developer, working on our team, you will develop and maintaining software applications for a high-profile customer. The role operates in an Agile Kanban environment and requires strong collaboration with the rest of the team members to conduct full lifecycle software development.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and code software application architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements as well as user acceptance criteria.\nCreate software code, unit tests and assist with encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation\nUnderstand client requirements and prepare designs for translating those into software applications\nUses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality\nPerform installation of code releases and patches and write scripts or programs for IT applications\nResearch, and assists in the development, and/or participates in hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of large enterprise applications. This includes troubleshooting production issues, deploying application and configuration components, automation and upgrade.\nDevelop business intelligence reports in Microsoft PowerBI\nAssist in production support of business applications; troubleshoot application failures and diagnosing performance or reliability issues of applications; assisting application teams in the use of custom support tools.\nMust Haves:\nA Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related field or equivalent work experience can be substituted instead of a degree.\nMust have a total 6+ years of IT Experience design, develop, and maintain both new and existing software applications\nProgramming in modern JavaScript, Angular, C#, ASP, HTML, and CSS\nExperience developing front-end / user interface development\nExperience developing middle tier, business logic, REST APIs, web services\nExperience developing backend, integrations, SQL/T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server\nExperience with developing business intelligence reports with Microsoft PowerBI\nExperience with Automated Test Development with Selenium\nPrevious Federal/Gov't Contracting experience is a Plus\nGood communications skills in both writing and verbal.\nUS Citizenship\nAbility to obtain a Security Clearance /TS\nAbout Softtek Government Solutions\nSofttek Government Solutions is a professional services firm focused on addressing our nation’s most complex threats and challenges.
