As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into consumer, professional and datacenter markets.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nAs an integral part of product engineering, you will drive our latest architecture designs to market.\n\nImplement CP (chip probing) test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for our latest GPUs, built in leading-edge process technology.\n\nIdentify and resolve yield bottlenecks, analyze and drive test failures, wafer & package level failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).\n\nPropose DOEs and come up with solutions to complex characterization problems.\n\nCross functionally lead efforts with design, foundry, DFT, test, Planning and quality to root-cause and solve technical problems.\n\nHave the opportunity to influence future ASIC designs to improve test coverage and enable better product yield, test time, silicon bring-up and releases.\n\nWhat We Need To See:\n\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.\n\n2+ years of product development engineering or relevant experience.\n\nAttention to details, strong problem solving skills, data driven decisions, critical thinking & solution focused.\n\nExperience with digital design, circuit analysis, characterization and qualification.\n\nKnowledgeable in ATE test flows, DFT and device physics.\n\nProficient in statistical data analysis using JMP software or other tools.\n\nStrong interpersonal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nAbility to define and drive problems to closure independently with minimal supervision.\n\nWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:\n\nHands-on experience with Advantest 93K tester with SMT7 or SMT8 OS.\n\nExperience with logic or SRAM and Voltage/Frequency characterization.\n\nWith DFT (design for test) background and be familiar with ATE test principles.\n\nExamples of creative solutions to silicon or package problems.\n\nFamiliarity with scripting/programming knowledge (Python or Perl).\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be technology industry's best employers.
