As the Warehouse Associate II, we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customers’ orders, and inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklift equipment.\n\nExpected base pay rates for the role will be between $16.39/hr and $20.45/hr at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.\n\nPrimary Objective:\nPerforms a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.\n\nPrimary Function and Scope:\nPerforms a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.\nPerforms receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.\nOperates forklift equipment.\nMaintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, general office maintenance, etc.\nMay wait on customers and prepare sales slips.\nMaintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\nExperience and Knowledge Required:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent experience.\nCertified Forklift Operator.\n3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.\n\nCompetencies:\nBasic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.\n\nOther Pertinent Job Information:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.\nThe employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\nThe employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear.
