In addition, it sells its products under brand names licensed to the company, including adidas, Wolford, Wilson, Columbia, Tommy Hilfiger and others.Role OverviewThe Senior Designer, Intimates & Loungewear will be responsible for leading the product conception, creative direction, and design execution across both Intimates and Lounge categories for our Passionata brand. This role will focus on both full-price and off-price business channels, supporting a fast-growing organization that is continuing to evolve and scale.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in intimate apparel construction and fabrication, with a strong understanding of fabrics, fit, comfort, and trend-right design. This individual will partner cross-functionally to drive innovative, commercially successful product assortments that align with brand vision, customer needs, and business objectives.This role requires a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing business environment that is not yet fully matured in process or structure. ResponsibilitiesLead product design strategy and seasonal development execution across Intimates and Lounge categories for both branded and private label businessesDesign and develop commercially successful assortments for both full-price and off-price channels while maintaining brand integrity and trend relevanceDrive product innovation with a strong focus on fabrication, comfort, fit, and intimate apparel constructionPartner cross-functionally with Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, Production, Sales, Packaging, and Sourcing teams to bring products from concept through commercializationClearly communicate seasonal vision, product direction, and design strategy to internal teams, vendors, and factoriesCollaborate with CAD designers, technical designers, and manufacturing partners to ensure products are aesthetically compelling, technically sound, and delivered on timeUtilize strong fabric and material knowledge to develop products that support quality, margin, comfort, and performance objectivesResearch and interpret market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within intimates and lounge categoriesCreate trend boards, color palettes, fabric direction, and seasonal presentations to support product storytelling and line developmentPartner with Business Managers, Sourcing, and factories to develop cost-effective sourcing and production strategies that support business growthManage the product costing and sampling process, ensuring timely prototype submissions and alignment to margin targetsBuild strong relationships with mills, fabric vendors, trim suppliers, and manufacturing partners while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial businessRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in intimates design, with strong expertise in bras and intimates - lounge experience a plusExperience designing for both full-price and off-price retail environments preferredStrong understanding of fabrics, materials, garment construction, fit, and intimate apparel functionalityExperience working within growing or evolving organizations with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and processesProficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM (Centric a plus)Strong creative, conceptual, and trend forecasting abilitiesExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesCollaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThis a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office  PAY RATE: $115,000/yr-$150,000/yr At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
