IT Manager

E-Logic is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee delivery of IT services in support of Department of Defense (DoD) operations. This role is responsible for managing contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, and delivering secure, reliable IT services in a mission-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, support services, and cybersecurity complianceServe as primary liaison with Government stakeholders, including Contracting Officer Representative (COR)Develop and maintain Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure service delivery meets contract requirementsOversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of IT personnelEnsure compliance with DoD policies (e.g., DFARS, OPSEC, IA/Cyber Awareness)Manage risk, incident response, and escalation processesProvide reporting on system performance, SLAs, and operational metricsEnsure proper handling of Government property, systems, and sensitive dataQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field7+ years of IT leadership experienceExperience supporting DoD or federal contractsKnowledge of DoD 8570/8140 requirementsStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF)Active or eligible for security clearance (preferred)Important NoticeThis role is part of a proposal for the Department of Defense.
