Learn more at WOLFpak.com.Role overviewWe’re hiring a full‑time, on‑site Retention Marketing / Ad Creative specialist to plan, produce, and optimize creative for retention channels (email, SMS, owned social, and on-site) and paid ad creative. You’ll drive lifetime value, reduce churn, and increase repeat purchase through compelling creative and data‑driven testing.Key responsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and assets for email, SMS, owned social, on-site content, and paid ads aligned to retention and lifecycle goals.Collaborate with design, photography, product, and marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive repeat purchases and CLTV.Produce and adapt creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing across channels.Analyze campaign performance and customer cohorts; iterate creative based on results and segmentation insights.Manage creative production schedules, asset libraries, and creative briefs.Ensure brand consistency and strong creative performance across all touchpoints.Support creative strategy for lifecycle flows, win‑back, VIP, and reactivation programs.Qualifications2+ years experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing with hands‑on creative development.Strong understanding of email & SMS best practices, ad creative formats, and channel-specific design constraints.Experience creating assets for paid social and on‑platform ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Proficiency with creative brief development and working with designers/photographers.Analytical mindset: comfortable with A/B testing, reporting, and using data to inform creative decisions.Excellent project management and communication skills.Familiarity with retention tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript) and ad platforms a plus.Knowledge of the athletic/fitness or accessories market is a plus.Core skillsRetention Marketing, CRM, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Ad Creative, A/B Testing, Creative Strategy, Creative Briefing, Channel Optimization, Analytics.
