And we hold true to our core values of: (1) Be an excellent communicator; (2) Operate with transparency; (3) Provide leverage, not optimization; (4) Win when our customers win; and (5) Act with integrity and trust.Responsibilities:Help execute Windfall's product vision and strategy by owning key areas of the data product roadmapPartner closely with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable data products, enrichment capabilities, and modeled data featuresWork directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate opportunities, and improve customer workflowsDefine product requirements and prioritize initiatives across datasets, enrichment systems, and data productsDrive successful product launches and lifecycle management, with success measured through customer impact and product KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver business outcomesMeasure product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly based on customer and market learningsPrioritize the highest leverage opportunities for the team while balancing short-term execution with long-term investmentsRequirements:5+ years of Product Management experience building data products, analytics products, or technical SaaS productsStrong understanding of modern data systems, including data pipelines, APIs, enrichment workflows, and large-scale datasetsComfortable working across complex technical and analytical domains with Engineering and Data Science teamsDemonstrated ability to understand and challenge technical concepts, trade-offs, and implementation decisionsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable customer and business outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision‐makingAbility to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer valueComfortable operating in ambiguous and fast‐moving environmentsStrong product judgment with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and speed of executionPreferred Qualifications:Domain expertise in marketing analytics, including audience segmentation, channel management, and campaign analysisExperienced with Jira and similar toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated successAdditional Information:The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‐related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
