Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support business unit accounting operations. This role is ideal for a collaborative accounting professional who enjoys analyzing financial data, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements.ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end and year-end accounting processes in line with company policiesPrepare and review journal entries, accruals, and financial reportsAnalyze business unit performance, budgets, forecasts, and variancesAssist with income statements, cash flow reporting, and capital analysisParticipate in internal and external auditsSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesWork closely with Corporate Accounting and senior leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controlsProvide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-makingRequirements3+ years of accounting experiencePost-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessCPA designation completed or in progress preferredStrong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (NetSuite, or Oracle)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
