The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.\nResponsibilities:\nRespond to technical support requests from users via phone, email, and in-person\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software\nDocument and track technical support requests in a ticketing system\nProvide training and support to users on computer systems and software applications\nParticipate in the deployment of new hardware and software systems\nCollaborate with the IT team to evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n3+ years of experience in an IT support role\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware and software installation, and network troubleshooting\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure)\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skill\nThis is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
