American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Maternal-Fetal Medicine with a minimum of 2 years of MFM ultrasound experience and ARDMS certification.Job Details• Outpatient Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinic setting serving ambulatory and hospitalized patients,• Performs routine and complex OB/GYN sonographic imaging procedures specific to MFM under the supervision of an MFM Specialist Physician and Radiologist,• Patient population includes newborn, pediatric, young adult, adult, and geriatric patients,• 4x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM,• Call may be required based on departmental needs,Job Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) ultrasound,• Current BLS certification (AHA only),• ARDMS certification required; ARDMS OB/GYN (OB/FE) or RDCS (FE) also acceptable,• Active TX license required if applicable,• 2 professional references required for consideration,• Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exemptions accepted,• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,Additional Information• Performs high-quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with exam protocols, including invasive multimodality procedures using proper sterile technique,• Responsible for patient positioning, equipment setup, and adjusting exposure controls,• Maintains medical imaging records and documentation including patient history, requisitions, consent forms, and shielding precautions,• May serve as a preceptor for new team members,• Black scrubs required,• DOB and SSN required for consideration
