Civil Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Concrete Superintendent to oversee daily operations of our Concrete crews. This role ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, industry experience, and hands-on approach to team management and customer service.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support crews across multiple job sites
Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly work plans
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Hire, train, and mentor crew leaders and team members
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to ensure operational efficiency
Serve as the primary contact for client communication and issue resolution
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Assist with estimating, job costing, and budgeting
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in concrete operations or similar field
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of density testing, rebar specs, form layouts
Proficiency with scheduling and management software is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
