Part-Time Bartender (Event, Private Parties & Weddings)Location: Rancho Moonrise Position Type: Part-Time, Contract (Hourly + Tips)Rancho Moonrise is seeking experienced, reliable bartenders to join our fun team! This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work in a fun, high-energy environment.About the Role: Bartenders will work a few times per month, supporting a range of events including private parties, weddings, and Rancho Moonrise-hosted events. Shifts vary and require flexibility, including both daytime and evening weekend availability.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently and professionallyProvide excellent guest experience in a fast-paced event settingSet up and break down bar areas, including lifting and moving equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout eventsFollow all safety and alcohol service guidelinesRequirements:Prior bartending experience, including cocktail preparationMust be available on weekends (both daytime and nighttime shifts)Ability to lift and carry heavy items (kegs, ice, bar equipment, etc.)Reliable transportation (this is a must due to location and late hours)Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to work independently and handle high-volume serviceCompensation:Hourly pay (contract position)Tips (varies by event)Schedule:Part-time, event-basedTypically a couple of shifts per monthIf you enjoy working events, creating great experiences for guests, and being part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.Email howdy@ranchomoonrise.com with your experience and availability to set up an interview and meet us on site!!
