The candidate must be an experienced software application trainer with the ability to develop, schedule, and execute classroom and webinar training sessions. The trainer must also have strong verbal and written skills.\r\nAnalytica offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401(k) match.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAssist with training and implementation.\r\nAnalyze system functionality to develop classroom-facilitator led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support implementation.\r\nWork closely with training developers and subject matter experts to understand requirements, design training, develop course materials, and maintain templates and scripts.\r\nRevise training materials for instructional training of adult learners.\r\nProvide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer social services programs.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a similar quantitative discipline.\r\nAt least five years of experience conducting training in both in-person and virtual settings.\r\nAt least two years of experience supporting training programs for IT systems.\r\nAt least two years of experience supporting data analytics programs, with experience in core technologies such as Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, Azureand, and other relevant tools.\r\nAbility to develop dashboards using data visualization applications such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.\r\nExperience analyzing data systems, with a strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.\r\nKnowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.\r\nDemonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.\r\nExperience in an analytics programming language such as R, Python, or SAS.\r\nAbility to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.\r\nAbility to translate business requirements into non-technical and technical documents.\r\nDemonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.\r\nAbility to manage deadlines and recurring deliverables.\r\nMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.\r\nAnalytica LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
