Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.\n\n*Principle Duties and Responsibilities*:\n\nCompletes work area setup\n\nFits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards\n\nOperates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process\n\nStacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product\n\nEnsures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate\n\nCompletes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns\n\nMaintains a clean and orderly work environment\n\nMaintains production records as required\n\nChecks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards\n\nPerforms duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards\n\nParticipates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\n*Qualifications*:\n\nHigh school diploma/GED preferred but not required\n\nNo minimum experience is required however, 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred\n\nWorking knowledge of basic math preferred\n\nMust be at least 18 years of age\n\n*Hourly Pay*: $17.00\n\n\\*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living\n\n*Bonus/Incentive Pay*: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, and employee referral bonuses.
