Coordinate both short- and long-term resolutions with involved team members.\nProduct Dispositioning Engagement: Collaborate with team members to ensure proper disposition of suspect materials, providing rationale for decisions and guidance.\nCollaborative Quality Improvement: Work directly on the shop floor with operators to integrate quality thinking and foster local problem-solving, facilitating a cultural transition.\nProject Leadership: Lead and support various manufacturing projects aimed at enhancing product quality, equipment efficiency, workplace environment, and team members’ daily tasks.\nTrial Coordination: Organize and oversee internal product and process trials on the shop floor.\nFeedback-Driven Improvement: Actively listen to operator feedback to identify and resolve issues, utilizing available site resources to implement solutions.\nTraining and Coaching: Contribute to a learning organization by teaching and coaching shop floor personnel. Share technical knowledge and reactionary logic based on observations of process deviations.\nTechnical Expertise: Continuously pursue deeper knowledge in specific areas (such as extrusion, painting, fabrication) to drive innovative solutions.\nBenchmark Engagement: Partner with colleagues across the organization to benchmark and standardize best practices.\nCommitment to Compliance and Ethics: Uphold high standards for quality compliance and ethical behavior within the manufacturing environment, particularly in laboratories.
