Working Safely is critically important for all employees. The Apprentice/Helper position is primarily the scaffolding material handler, moving parts and pieces to the erectors who are building the scaffold structure. This position also enables candidates to move into the entry-level apprentice scaffolding erector where training and skill development is provided for employee growth.\n\nBasic Skills Criteria\nNeeds Basic Scaffolding Knowledge\nNeeds to be able to start and complete erection of scaffolding squarely, leveled, to all required safety standards.\nNeeds to have all required tools\nNeeds to have knowledge on all aspects of proper scaffolding installation.\nHave the ability to communicate on the jobsite with fellow crew members and understand equipment needs and coordinate material movement on the project.\nEnsure safe operations at all jobsites with assigned employees in full compliance with Company’s safety program and all regulatory requirements.\nAny experience with system scaffolding is a plus, but not required.\n\nScaffolding Solutions Employment Criteria\nAll positions full-time, locally based employment for career with company.\no No per diem project-employment available.\nUnited States Citizen, required for government contracts.\no Legal immigrant candidates that pass U.S. eVerify status verification will be considered for certain branches.\neVerify, valid US immigration status and citizenship verification is required.\nPre-employment Drug Screen required.\nPre-employment Background Screen required.\no No felony convictions in last 7 years\nMust have Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation.\nPhysically fit, able to climb scaffolding and lift, handle, pass, and carry 75 pounds.
