The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solution-oriented driver that drives team members together to get a schedule accomplished.This is a fast-paced job with room for significant career growth.Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects to be considered for this role.JOB RESPONSIBILITYProject Planning and Tracking: Maintains our Smartsheet templates and ensures ongoing change control of our project plan.Stakeholder Relationship Management & Communication: Understand the needs of our call center team, and our operations teams to ensure we are successfully transitioning from an in house supported network service (IT NOC) to an outsourced network service (Lumen).Communicate statuses appropriately to all connected stakeholders.Risk Mitigation: Identify root causes of issues and collaborate on mitigation strategies. Hold the vendor accountable for performance and report continued risks on vendor quality.Milestone Management: Ensure all key tasks are completed on schedule and proposed solutions are implemented in a phased and controlled manner. Understand cross-team resource constraints and assess impacts on the schedule.Facilitate continuous improvement: Engage and involve the OSL teams to promote continuous improvement in our ways of working.ExperienceMust have 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects. Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheets.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to unite the team and keep all key players up to date.Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks, with experience in vendor performance management.Relationship Management: Experience in managing relationships with vendors and internal teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for quality and continuous improvement.Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsInitiative and drive to do great thingsAbout The Company/BenefitsPlan A Technologies is an American software development and technology advisory firm that brings top-tier engineering talent to clients around the world.
