SAP Sr. Engineer
Summary
This position is responsible for the stable operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP SCM modules. This role requires solid operational support capabilities across SCM modules, along with deep expertise in core SCM functionalities such as MM or PP/SD. The operator supports seamless production, logistics, and sales processes through effective system management, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Fully support MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) regarding SAP SCM module.
Analyze business requirements, needs and objectives and in working with the business
Participate in designing business processes considering accepted best business practices
Provide input and advice regarding SAP capabilities and functions to business users and perform Gap analysis
Conduct and design business /process modeling
Review functional and configuration requirements to ensure they are in line with the business requirements
Be responsible for completeness and quality of functional design
Support the development of functional and systems specifications
Review high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts, for reasonableness
Evaluate solution options/enhancements
Work with people of all levels in a team environment
Maintain/Utilize test scripts
Drive/Support the execution of system integrated testing
Support the execution of the user acceptance testing
Provide recommendations to increase or improve the effectiveness / efficiency of SAP business processes
Support existing business processes, documentationtraining
SAP Configure and test (unitSIT) for SAP SCM Module
Exploit tools such as ABAP Query to reduce development work
Drive the development of functional and systems specifications
Support the development of technical specifications (provide direction to and support programmers)
Provide high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts
Write and maintain necessary documentation
Actively perform knowledge transfer to client team members
Communicate status, issues, and impacts with relevant business contacts.
Ability to create project plan, project charter, risk management plan and change management plan
Managing project resources, methodology, deliverables
Team member cooperation
Available to travel to other project locations as needed.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required EducationExperience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field
4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SCM (PP, SD or MM) Management modules
Required Knowledge, Skills,Abilities:
Experience with SAP such as Oracle, SAP or related systems
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred EducationExperience:
Knowledge of project management methodologies
