U.S. Director of Quality

The U.S. Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving product quality across all U.S. customers. This role focuses on identifying quality issues, driving corrective actions with factories, and reducing both direct and indirect costs associated with product quality. The position builds upon established processes while expanding accountability to all U.S. customer accounts.The candidate should be organized and self-motivated. We are seeking someone who is proactive, resourceful, and willing to dive into operational challenges hands-on. Candidates should be comfortable learning internal systems and working with Microsoft (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook). A successful candidate should have strong coordination skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, and professional judgement when working with customers and company leadership.
