The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electronic and electric systems, and mechanical knowledge.\n## Duties\n- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians\n- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment\n- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic and mechanical issues\n- Read and interpret schematics for equipment repairs\n- Fabricate parts as needed for machinery maintenance or processes improvement\n- Implement CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and spare part inventory\n- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies\n## Experience\n### Required Skills:\n-Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering\n- Strong electrical, electronic and mechanical knowledge\n- Experience in industrial maintenance practices\n- Maintenance management experience\n- Ability to maintain and repair equipment efficiently\n### Nice-to-Have Skills:\n- Leadership skills to guide and motivate the maintenance team\nThis position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in maintaining our facility and production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
