This is an on-site role in Carson, CA, perfect for a tech-savvy individual who may lack formal professional experience but is highly proficient with computers and eager to learn fast.\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues for users in Sales, Accounting, Engineering, and field teams (Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, networks, line-of-business apps).\nAdminister user accounts, permissions, email, file shares, and basic cloud/endpoint tools.\nHelp modernize legacy systems, implement better processes, and introduce new tech (including exploring AI tools for efficiency, automation, and problem-solving).\nTackle independent projects—from setup and upgrades to researching solutions—with ownership and quick results.\nProvide clear, confident support and communicate fixes effectively to non-technical staff.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong hands-on comfort with computers, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking—no deep certifications required.\nFast learner who sources information independently, experiments confidently, and picks up new tools/systems quickly.\nGenuine interest in future tech, especially how AI and modern infrastructure can transform a traditional 56-year-old company.\nSelf-starter who thrives working mostly independently but collaborates well in a small team.\nProactive attitude aligned with Air-Tec's core values: Integrity, Commitment, Striving for Balance, and Expecting Achievement.\nThis role offers real ownership from day one in a stable, established company that's investing in its tech future.
