We take responsibility and deliver results. “Where great work gets done and great people get ahead.” Position: Project Lead (Commercial Roofing) Woodland, WA (Serving OR / WA / ID) Full-Time Pay: $40 – $70/hour (DOE) The Role This is not a paper-pusher role. This is a true project ownership role. You will own projects from handoff to closeout—ensuring the right people are doing the right work at the right time, without doing everything yourself. You lead the project. You don’t carry it alone. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own projects from start to finish (schedule, budget, execution) Be the primary point of contact for customers Ensure foremen are clear, supported, and accountable Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors Identify risks early and solve problems before they grow Deliver projects on time, on budget, and done right Success = Customers informed, crews aligned, projects profitable What This Role Is NOT Not a foreman doing daily labor Not an office coordinator pushing paperwork Not a bottleneck slowing projects down You are the leader that keeps everything moving.
