You’ll be part of a dynamic, people-focused team where your expertise, ideas, and contributions will be valued and celebrated.Role ExpectationsMonthly tracking and reporting of project costs and other metrics Review and process contractor invoices to meet FEMA or Federal contract requirements. Prepare and analyze project/program cash flow reports Assist in analyzing contractor performance Assist in preparing audit responses. Assist in technical and cost analysis as may be required by the Project. Explain Company proposals and underlying analysis to LIPA or other stakeholders. Propose and develop technical and cost analysis methodologies/spreadsheets/models to support FEMA reimbursement of all eligible project costs. Assist the Company’s Project Manager with draft responses to FEMA, NY DSHES or LIPA inquiries regarding cost accounting or financial reports. Be responsible for updating Progress Reports regarding the costs of the project, estimate variances, etc. and make changes where necessary and maintain all the supporting work papers, as well as design and create new ones. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as economics, mathematics or related field. Must have five (5) years of experience in this fieldFederal contract experience and cost of service pricing experience. Good understanding of FEMA reimbursement eligibility requirements. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills. Spreadsheet modeling and a working knowledge of SAP.
