As a Remote Virtual Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our clients' private jet charter flights. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from anywhere in the world.Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage all aspects of private jet charter flights, including flight schedules, crew assignments, ground transportation, catering, and other client requestsCommunicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide them with exceptional serviceMonitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and timely travel experience for clientsMaintain accurate and detailed records of all flight information and client preferencesCollaborate with other team members to ensure all flight operations are running smoothlyKeep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to clientsUtilize various software and technology tools to effectively manage flight operations and communicate with team members and clientsProvide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the flightAssist with other duties and projects as assigned by the companyQualifications:Previous experience in the aviation industry, preferably in private jet charter operationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using technology and software for flight operationsFlexibility to work irregular hours and handle last-minute changes or emergenciesKnowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and accuracyBachelor's degree in aviation or related field is preferred but not requiredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
